Jamie’s Mission: To spread kindness, laughter, connection and fun, to create a happier world.

To help her do this, Jamie created herself a pseudonym called The Happiness Ninja.  She dons a ninja costume, dresses as The Happiness Ninja and conducts Random Acts of Kindness around the world.

Jamie has a vision of a happier world.

Happiness does not depend on outward things, but on the way we see ...

To help do her part, she created herself a pseudonym called The Happiness Ninja.  Jamie Rose dons a ninja costume, dresses as The Happiness Ninja and conducts Random Acts of Kindness around the world.

SEEKING SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Happiness Ninja hits the streets and attends events with the aim of bringing the world closer together and encouraging greater kindness, whilst advocating for mental health awareness.

Currently Jamie self funds this project so it would be a dream come true to find a company to sponsor these acts of kindness so they can be bigger, better and more often!

From hugging people on the street, creating care packs for homeless, buying strangers a sit down meal, leaving random gifts on people’s doorsteps and more, The Happiness Ninja aims to make people smile.

With 1 in 4 people currently experiencing mental health challenges at some point in their life and substance abuse problems skyrocketing, The Happiness Ninja wants to help combat this problem by creating a happier, more loving & kinder world.

Everything you do, say, think and feel causes a chemical reaction on a cellular level within the brain and body. Conducting a random act of kindness may just seem like a “fluffy” nice thing to do, however it produces far more complex scientifically validated results than meets the eye.

Acts of kindness boost psychological health by releasing happy chemicals in the brain of both the giver and receiver (serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin and endogenous opioids).

There are many other activities people can undertake to produce more happy chemicals within the brain, also. Conducting an act of kindess is just one thing a person can do to actively alter their own brain functionality and increase their overall wellbeing levels.
