Mindfulness Classes

Over time and with regular practice, many people find that mindfulness meditation reduces stress, anxiety and self-judgement, as well as improves sleeping patterns and overall wellbeing.

Jamie Rose is a trained mindfulness facilitator and is available for hire to teach your organization an introduction to mindfulness course.  Each participant receives practical guidance and a 45 page workbook.
